Four Directions movement meditation

The Four Directions movement meditation is inspired by Sufi practices.

It is a sequence of breaths, gestures and turns to gentle music that washes you of contractions and leads to an increased openness and bodily ease.

I have been practicing this for 30 years and it gets better with repetition, yet I find there are always new aspects to discover and weave into the movements.

The initial six classes will be open to a male audience, on Saturday mornings 8:30 to 9:30 starting 2nd of August 25 at Copperdot Studio in Norwich (£5 per session). We will be moving/meditating outdoors if the weather permits.

It’s a way to start into the weekend, and it’s a way to join together in a male energy.
