One-to-one sessions are a cornerstone of the journey into the own body and towards greater feeling connection with the world. Usually they take the form of ‘mat sessions’. Breathing, simple actions carried out with feeling, touch, gaze, sounds, and of course talking, too, are the tools that bring energy and attention into the body.
Along the way, physical or mental blockages wash away, sometimes in a flood of emotion, sometimes quietly. Insights come, old patterns seem less inevitable, more choices become possible.
At the end of a session, there is a feeling of flow and relaxed alertnertness.
